Hello...



817 on various wintel platforms



Sometimes when launching an Oracle Java apps such as DBA Studio 
or Net8 Assistant, the java app hangs at it's splash screen. I 
have to end-task jrew.exe. 



Seems to usually happen after bootup, but not always. I've seen 
it on win98, win2kpro, and win2kserv. Seems to happen with Java 
1.2.2 and 1.3.1. Seen it on P2, P3 and P4.



Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions?
