MSDAORA will not work on a client when the Oracle OleDB has been installed.
Don't ask me why but I think it's a pain in the @##. I have some things
that will not work because a few of our databases are still on 8.0.5.
You'll have to use the OraOLEDB.oracle to get a connection.
