For what it's worth, I managed to get Apache 1.3.23, talking to PHP (or
Perl5.6.1), which then reads data from an Oracle 8i database.  All this on
Windows 2000.  If anyone is stuck doing this, let me know and I could e-mail
you a text file or two.  I'm no expert at this on Windows, just "magically"
got it to work first time.
