Oracle 8.1.7 installation program wouldn't run

I wanted to install Oracle 8.1.7 enterprise edition for Windows 2000/NT on
Dell Precision 340 machine with win2000. When I clicked INSTALL button,
nothing happened. I have installed the same program on other four NT
machines without any problem. My officemate installed the same program on
his 2000 machine without problem. Please help. Thanks in advance!
