Oracle media - v 7.1.x for OpenVMS VAX

Hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

Some background:

we're upgrading our Alpha OpenVMS Oracle server to 8i (in doing so we lose the ability to make DECnet SQLnet connections)
one of our clients (VAX OpenVMS version 6.2) runs Oracle client 7.0.16.4, which does NOT include SQLnet TCP/IP support for DEC/Compaq UCX product
we need to upgrade the VAX Oracle client to one of 7.1.3.2, 7.1.3.4 or 7.1.5.2.4 in order to make UCX SQLnet connections under OpenVMS 6.2

However, we do not have this media (nor have I been able to find a source for it within Oracle).

I'm hoping someone out there knows of a source (perhaps even within Oracle?) for old media releases.
