Hi Balaji,

you should have a look to ORACLE Documentation:

 Oracle8i Application Development, Release 8.1.7    Oracle8i Application Developers Guide - Object-Relational Features

     5: Design Considerations for Oracle Objects
        Constraints on Objects (just for Syntax)
     8: A Sample Application using Object-Relational Features
        Implementing the App. under the Object-Relational Model
          ->Object Tables with Embedded Objects ....

There you should find everything you need to make a sophisticated design!
For those people who doubt the advance of the object-relational model one should suggest to dip into the chapter

     8: A Sample Application using Object-Relational Features
        Implementing the App. under the Relational Model ...
          (eg. The Evolution of the Object-Relational Database System.
