Oracle Designer 6i Release 4.1.1 (Latest download from OTN) Fails to Install

Dear Friends,

I have tried installing Oracle Designer 6i.. (With Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000) Scripts and all things are done really well by Oracle UK congrats !! but seems like while installing it creates seperate directory (for e.g. d:\ des_817) for Oracle Import / Export tools but does not really install anything in there.

1. While installation everything seems to be going well but does not install Import / Export Tool set
2. While Creating table space all things are going great (good work by Oracle UK for scripts)
3. While installing repository I have chosen medium /Small size of repository with specific table spaces it seems that it's looking for IMPORT/ EXPORT tools and does not find it

Any one has any Idea ???
Any one Installed this successfully ??
