The course I am looking at is from a local community college and it is two nights a week for
a period of 26 weeks and a total of 290 hrs.

Database creation 72 hrs.
Database administration 72 hrs.
Performance tuning workshop 72 hrs
Network administration and backup and recovery 84 hrs. Expected homework time is stated as 8 -12 hrs a week. Cost of $ 3952.00 CDN, which is what about $2000.00 U.S. which includes student kits from Oracle.

What do you think ?
