personal db password during startup

I have personal Oracle DB


When you startup the personal DB you do not need a password.
When you log onto the DB you have to use the l/p system/manager or
whatever you tell oracle to use.



I installed Forms and Reports 6i


Now when I startup the DB it asks for a password.



What's the password?
