If you don't want to mess with insert scripts or ASCII files you can use SQL*XL to load your data in. SQL*XL can take information from Excel spreadsheets directly into your tables without the need to write any SQL. A status indicator is left after each row so you can easially review the process and fix any problems. From version 3 of SQL*XL (due out in a few weeks) you will even be able to pull the data into Excel directly from Access.
