The solution is simpel and inexpensive. Have a look at SQL*XL at www.oraxcel.com. SQL*XL will install itself into Excel. You can execute from Excel the queries that will bring back your data (select * from table or more complex queries). SQL*XL will ask you where to put the data and sit back while the data flows into the spreadsheet. As easy as that!
