1, Connect and Use the Copy COmmand in SQlplus. 2. Export the table and Import it into the Other DB 3. If the Table is Big and is contained in Only One Tablespace u can use the transporatable TS feature of 8i.

the third will be a Over Kill for this Issue. The Best Would be to use the copy command.
