Certified by Oracle or not.... I have installed both Oracle 8i Personal and Oracle 9i Personal on my Windows XP Professional system and have both instances running simultaneously - and without any problems. I did have some initial problems with the java installer, but I think that had more to do with the P4 processor than with Oracle.
