DBA Survey...please take a few seconds to help a class full of future dba's :)

Greetings All,

I'm conducting a survey on DBA's for a database class I'm taking. Since I was unable to find any recent reports on this mythical beast known as a DBA, I created my own survey (consisting of basic general questions).
