Sorry if I did not understand your question in the right way. the connect tring is

username/password_at_tnsname

The tnsname entry is

TMS.WORLD =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = TMS0)(PORT = 1521))     (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SID = ORCL)
    )
  )
