This error is usually caused by misconfiguration. If you want to use Windows to authenticate Oracle users (aka connect /), then look in your documentation for instructions about how to do that.

If you don't, comment this line out of your sqlnet.ora: sqlnet.authentication_services=(NTS)

That will tell Oracle to use standard username/password authentication.
