SQL Server Views of an Oracle Linked Server

I have SQL Server 2000 with a Linked Server for my Oracle database. I
find myself unable to create a view of one of my Oracle tables getting
the error message [ODBC Driver for ORACLE] Driver not capable.



The query works to see the data so why can't I create the View?
