REPOST: Urgent Help Please! Oracle 9i and Forms

Here's my problem...I've cleaned my drive with anything oracle and I am ready to install Oracle 9i and Forms 6i. Here goes the questions:  

1. Can I tie them up? Can Forms 6i run under Oracle 9i?
2. Where do I place Forms and the DB? Do they have to reside on different Oracle_Home (ie. Forms should be in DEFAULT_HOME and 9i should be in another)?
3. As soon as both installations are done, how can my forms connect to my oracle db?

Immediate assistance will be appreciated.
