According to Oracle, if you use the migration utility you should migrate to
8.1.7.0. Afterwards you may wish to apply patches or upgrades to 8.1.7.x
and you should read the instructions for the patches very carefully if
you're running on Solaris. The instructions are clear but they must be
followed step by step.
