Whenever you CONNECT INTERNAL, an audit file is written to
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/audit. If the filesystem where this directory resides is
full, the audit file cannot be written. If this happens, authentication is
attempted via a password.
Check the filesystem for $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/audit. If it is full, delete some files (the .aud files are good candidates although they are fairly small) to free up space. Then try to CONNECT INTERNAL again.

Until now , when I gave CONNECT INTERNAL
I was connected immediately , without any password .
Now When i give CONNECT INTERNAL
i am asked to give a password , and I can not connect ...
Any ideas ?
