I am an experienced DBA just starting out with Oracle. I was wondering if anyone here could suggest a good book or two or any other resources to get into Oracle. I have heard it said that there is an Oracle "mindset" or approach that is different from other databases. I'm not looking for an exhaustive treament of everything, just something to give me the ground rules and an idea of what tool to use when, etc. Not an absolute beginner book, either, one that assumes you know something about databases. Like those books for teaching C to VB programmers, that kind of thing.

Not too much to ask, eh? :-) Any ideas would be most appreciated.
