Oracle 9i SQL exam registration

Hi, 



I found recently on the Oracle website that the Oracle 9i SQL exam
(1Z0-007) can be taken from home now. However, the Prometric Testing
Center can not register you for "at home" test (only testing through a
testing center is available).



Does anybody know the detailed step for the "testing from home"
registration?
