Imagine an experienced developer (say, C++, PHP, MySQL). He just installed
Oracle. And he has no idea where to start and what to do first. Then, let's
see: If _you_ were an oracle manager, would you tell your support workers to
help these people with newbie problems or would you kick off a potential
customer (resp. several ones, if he has several customers) ? Think it over.
