8.1.7.0.0 is not the latest version
Patches are available on Metalink, you need to have a support contract for this.
Which patches there are might be platform dependent, you don't include your platform, so no one can answer your question exactly. The version number though is never going to be 8.1.7.0 as the last 2 digits of the full version string denote platform info.
