The database/service TEST appears to be running, according to the Oracle Administration Assistant for Windows NT ... when I drill down to the databases and check the properties for TEST, the 'Start Service' option is disabled and the 'Stop Service' option is enabled.

Getting back to the creation of the repository for OMS, I have now tried the following combinations to the TEST database:

L: Sysman
P: oem_temp
SID: test

L: Sysman
P: change_on_install
SID: test

L: Sysman
P: manager
SID: test

L: sysman

SID: test
