    OMS is installed to NOT start automatically. Only the runtime software is installed.

    You will need a db user name and about 100M of tablespace to install the repository's tables/indexes. These can be created with the OMS configuration utility. The default password for 'sysman' is 'oem_temp'. You will be required to change it when you start the configuration utility.

    After creating the repository, you can follow the documents and change OMS to autostart.
