Stored procedures for Oracle in Unix ODBC

For wharever reason we can't get our stored procedures to return
output parameter(s) to the calling program written using Easysoft ODBC
3.5 for Unix.  If anyone out there has a working example or a helpful
suggestion, they would be greatly appreciated.
