Oracle Export -> SQL-Statement

I'm new in that newsgroup and new in oracle, but I've got knowledge in working and administrating databases. I am working on an "old" oracle 7 database server on a Novell Netware 3.12 platform.

I don't know how to export SQL-statement to build the same database structure with tables and data on a different database-plattform. Is there a way to export a SQL-statement like create table ... of an existing table? Where can I find informations about that, because I can't find any printed oracle literature in my office.
