Please, before you post such a request:

- come up with specific error messages
- look in the alertorcl.log to find whether there are any error messages
- look in the oradim.log as to whether the service starts
Please try to do at least _something_ to resolve your problem, it will also make it more easy for member of this group to help you. Please do not start posting _immediately_ when you run into any problem. If you really want to do that: that's what people at Oracle Support get paid for.
