Hi,

platform: Oracle 8.1.7 on NT

problem: loading a simple (1 parent : 10000 childs) relationship in one XML-file via SQL*Loader into a table with nested table for the childs (using column object, continueif blablabla)

The logical record hits an upper bound and loader returns an 510 error: physical record too long.

my questions are:

(1) can I change the upper bound for a logical record? I found nothing
in the OraDocs.(hi sybrand, I really searches the docs, but possibly it's hided somewhere)

(2) Are there any experiences with loading XML-data via loader. our
format is quiet simple but the files are rather large

many thanx

regards
