Don't think it's a bug in 816 - I believe its been there for quite sometime
now - and its an Oracle architecture limitation (if you want to call it a
limitation) - please post the number of lines (for amusement...) I seem to
recall when I ran into this problem the package was well over 10,000 lines
and should have been split.
