errors during install NLS in Oracle Application 11i

I have Oracle Applications Version 11.5.4.14 on Windows 2000 advanced server platform with the following components:

Seles Online
Seles Inteligence

I've tried to use The Oracle Applications NLS Release 11i language software Polish. I applied the prerequisite patches:

1870993
1878340
1845563

Next I've also applied cpnls11i.drv

All these steps finished succesfully.

But when the driver nls1150.drv was installing I recieved errors:

• The instruction at "0x78003aab" referenced memory at "0x00000001". The memory could not be "read"

The file adwork01.log has following contents

AD Worker error:

In file of l57549.req everything was all right.

and the file adwork02.log has following contents
