Hi Fellow Oracler's:

I am running Oracle8i 8.1.7.0.0 Enterprise Server in a Windows 2000 Server. Oracle Corp. released Oracle9i "Enterprise" v 9.0.1.1.

Is 9.0.1.1 still considered sort of a "beta" release? Any pitfalls/advice about migrating from 8.1.7 to 9.0.1.1? Is it worth the efford at this time?

Any light about these issues will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
