I am sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, your are not alone with your defensiveness.

There is no better information than the information of the users... I can read the docs or better yet, talk to the people that wrote them. But, you have the information I would prefer. Real-world experience is much better that any number of test environments we can create here.

So, you see, it goes a bit further than the docs.
