dba level checklist

Hello

I've been an oracle dba for almost 8 months now. I know there's still a long road to walk in order to be a true DBA . But after 8 tough months , I'm asking myself what basic knowledge should i have or what should I know after almost 1 year . So my questions are :
- is there any kind of test to know what level you have reach ( after almost
one year for example)?
- is there some checklists for DBA that say after 1 year you should know
PL/SQL for example ?
- Anf if this test or checklist exists , where can I find it ?

If someone help me , I would be truly gratedul .
