Please...
You don't provide *ANY* clue.
Please don't expect anyone here knows all the error numbers from the top of their heads. Please don't expect someone responding will verify the error number. That is something *YOU* should do as a *MINIMAL* effort from your side to resolve your problems. Please post listener.ora and tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora when asking assistance in sqlnet issues.
Usenet is a volunteer business, please don't expect this group can and will replace *paid* support.

You shouldn't use IP-adresses in listener.ora nor tnsnames.ora The server doesn't use a DHCP address by any chance? Please, also, at least *try* to read manuals. Almost all your posts show you are hacking away and you are a newbie refusing to read manuals.
