Finding a job with Oracle Developer

Hi



I have a question.... having completed all the developer courses at Oracle,
I am finding it extremely difficult to find a job without any formal
experience using the developer tools. Does anyone out there have any
suggestions, or do you know of someone looking for junior Oracle
developers...????



Any and all advice will be welcomed....
