workstation with I&P-application + oracle ?

Hi everyone,

I got a question if something is possible without making a hell of an efford:
a customer of mine got some requirements that makes me wonder:

application to be installed on workstation (NT4, not LAN, no Modem, no NET at all) using 1...3 CDs
application shall be easily installable with just a few clicks and then ready to start
application should use a database (ORACLE preferred) and show some graphics
the database (big number of tables) shall be installed with the application from the CDs (!!!)
application shall be deinstallable on the workstation

My question: is there a possibility to get a reduced Oracle-DBMS without GUI and anything for direct installation for ODBC access to the data sources (tables) ?
Second question: if the application shall be programmed on Java, how to address the database ?
