Oracle can't import anything except Oracle. However, you can use an external application to connect to Oracle and feed in the data, or transform the Fox db into a series of .sql scripts to create the database inside Oracle.

In my opinion, it's better if you rethink the entire database, Fox is not effectively better than dBase III (of which is a clone), so it miss all the features that Oracle provide (views, Stored Procedures, Triggers...).
