This is a sqlplus command to open a file and execute the contents as sql.

This is a help function for sqlplus. There are a bunch of things you can show. I type "show user" all the time, because I have different sqlplus windows for different users. Now that I think about it, I need to fix my sqlplus mode to show a bit more information at the command prompt. Thanks for reminding me.
