shellexecute and PLUS33W.exe

I am trying to fire off plus33w.exe from a program. It seems to hang
though, after the user attempts to exit.
Does anyone have any idea if there is some sort of special parameter I
should be passing to shellexecuteex or some such to stop this from
occurring?
