Hi all,
I need some advice on rollback segments, we are running Oracle8 and Baan4c4 (application) on an AIX box (50+ concurrent users) and we are having problems with ORA 1555 "snapshot to old, rollback segment XX to small". Here are some info about our setup: RBS tablespace 720mb
10 rbs segs (r01-r10) initial_extent 2048K, next_extent 2048K, min_extents 2, max_extents unlimited, optimal 4096K, pct_increase 0 max_transactions_per_rollback_segment = 21 Is this totally out of line or? My guess is that maybe the RBS tablespace is to small so it is not possible to allocate more extents on occassion, or can there be a problem with the # of rbs or the size of the extents? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

please advice.
