Re: Newbie with SQL Plus Password Problems

Thanks for responding to my post.
Glad you mentioned this, Sy...also I notice that when I installed this version of Oracle on another machine of mine it took nicely but that could be that my other machine has Windows 2000.

The error message I receive is
ERROR:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocal adapter error.
