[Q]How to change BLOB data to physical file

I'm using Oracle, PL/SQL, ...



There is a Blob column in some table of my DB, I want the Blob data
to turn to the OS file.



Can anyone help me with changing the blob data to os file?



I want this work to be done through the PL/SQL procedure...
