Hi Roblop,
If you mean point in time recovery then it's possible only to the time of arch_1_3.arc.
If it's complete recovery, it's possible to the time of arch_1_3.arc after that you need to reset the logs.
It's better to take backup as soon as archived file(s) missing discovered.
