I'm running Windows 2000. Doing a search of the Oracle Site is difficult at best, there are virtually no references to SQL Net anywhere on the site. I found the download I got under Oracle ODBC Driver for Oracle 7. The download page doesn't refer to a client toolset in anyway, and doing a site search reveals practically nothing.
