Sadly this number is beyond Oracle capabilities From the manual

The following numbers can be stored in a NUMBER column:

  a.. Positive numbers in the range 1 x 10-130 to 9.99..9 x 10125 with up to 38 significant digits
and negative numbers in a similar (but not identical) range.

I must confess I'm intrigued ,and suspicious of, what numbers you are holding that go to 10^160. In comparison the age of the universe is something like 10^18 seconds (or 16 billion years). Equally the mass of the earth turns out at 10^24 Kg, or thereabouts.
