"The Practical SQL Handbook" by Bowman, Emerson & Darnovsky is pretty highly regarded, and I've certainly found it useful.

I don't recommend "Understanding SQL: A Complete Guide" by Melton & Simon. There's something a little off about it. Received on Thu Jul 26 2001 - 18:27:51 CDT
