True, the WIKI mechanism allows for a
very easy page edit, but in principal the
same is true of web-pages for anyone
who has been given access to them.
I got the impression that the WIKI
pages on the site you first directed me
to were editable because the host
was running the WIKI code that gave
potential editors a site-based level
of access. That would mean we needed
a host running WIKI for us who would
be happy to let the FAQ grow.
