Oracle8i + OAS4.0.8.2 + JSP + Servlet

Hi,

We're running a JSP/Servlet application on OAS4.0.8.2 with Oracle8i (on a separate NT box). It seems that every time the database is restarted, we have to reload the OAS or the application will not connect to the database. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!
